SMT锡膏印刷机工艺知识:

锡膏印刷机是将锡膏印刷到PCB板上的设备，它是对工艺和质量影响最大的设备。目前，印刷机主要分半自动印刷机和全自动印刷机。

半自动锡膏印刷机：操作简单，印刷速度快，结构简单，缺点是印刷工艺参数可控点较少，印刷对中精度不高，锡膏脱模差，一般适用于0603（英制）以上元件、引脚间距大于1.27mm 的PCB印刷工艺。

全自动锡膏印刷机：印刷对中精度高，锡膏脱模效果好，印刷工艺较稳定，适用密间距元件的印刷，缺点是维护成本高，对作业员的知识水平要求较高。
